B -- COMPLETE EIS FOR PELAGIC SPECIES I THE FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN The Western Pacific Fishery Management Council announces its intention to prepare an EIS on Federal management of the fisheries for pelagic species in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) waters of the Western Pacific Region.
