Services shall be performed at these designated areas in accordance with all Federal, State, local, and commercial standards. This acquisition will be accomplished using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. The Government will evaluate offers utilizing Past Performance Trade Off (PPTO) procedures. This acquisition will be advertised as a small business set-aside with Standard Industrial Code 4959 and small business size standard of $5.0M. The performance period is one base year beginning 1 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01, and four one-year option periods.
