The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a class of firm fixed price delivery orders for a period of fifteen (15) months under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-99-G-0011 for the procurement of change kits for F-14 Aircraft trainers, the integration and testing of change kits for the F-14 Aircraft, factory and initial cadre training for the F-14 Aircraft, engineering investigations for the F-14 Aircraft and the update of training specifications for the F-14 Aircraft. NAVAIR intends to negotiate these delivery orders on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Logistics Technology Center, 1801 G Sara Drive, Chesapeake, VA 22320.
