This request for quotation will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18 The standard industrial classification code is 3621 and the size standard is 1000. This requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor and materials to overhaul two caterpillar 3304 diesel engines and two KATO 99KW generators. The US. Coast Guard will provide transportation of engines and generators to and from contractor. Upon receiving engines and generators contractor will be required to complete all work in 45 days. Specifications to be provided on request. The government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
