(reciprocating compressors ARE NOT acceptable. 7)Provide modulated unloading of 15 percent capacity (provide factory install hot gas bypass on both refrigerant circuits if chiller cannot unload to 15 percent). 8)Factory installed low ambient head pressure controls for cooling to 25 degrees fahrenheit. 9)Refrigerant suction and discharge pressure display for each refrigerant circuit. 10)over/under voltage protection, factory mounted and wired. 11)Phase failure/reversal protection, factory mounted and wired. 11)Phase failure/reversal protection, factory mounted and wired. 12)Louvered condenser hail guards with maximum openings of 1 half inch x 6 inch (must completely cover condenser coils and compressor/evaporator access area). Microprocessor must be capable of accepting either A 0-10 Vdc or 4-20 mA chilled water reset signal. 16)Vaporproof water flow switch provided for field mounting and wiring. 17)Provide the services of the manufactures service company for start-up, checkout and 12 months parts, refrigerant and labor warranty.
