Delivery will be 7 units 270 days after contract, 8 units 300 days after contract, 10 units 330 days after contract, and 10 units each month thereafter until completion. F.O.B Destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with the contractor's best commercial packaging. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Amplifier Acquisition Corp, Newbury Park, CA, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a) "Only One Responsible Source". This procurement is confined to the contractor's part number XM323101 and must be compatible in form, fit, and function with existing equipment. Offer shall be submitted in hard copy at time and place specified in the solicitation. Note 22 applies, as this item is sole source.
