The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis maintenance on uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems from Liebert Global Service, 610 Executive Campus Drive, Westerville, OH, 43082. Liebert Global Systems is the sole authorized servicing agent for these units. The base maintenance period shall be from 01 October 2000 to 30 September 2001 and then yearly maintenance shall be performed for four option years. The UPS units are located at Naval Space Command field stations in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Mississippi, New Mexico, Texas, and Building 1700 in Dahlgren, Virginia. Services to be included are two preventive maintenance visits. The battery plants are to receive quarterly preventive maintenance visits. The distribution units are to receive an annual visit. Extended services allow preventative maintenance visits to be performed at the customer's convenience. All emergency labor (24 hour/7 days), parts, and travel expenses will beincluded for a period of one year. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3825. The contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. FOB Destination shall apply.
