Station itself shall be configurable to hold up to 4 microwave positioners in a North, South, East, West configuration. 3. Vacuum chuck to have built in vacuum hold downs for up to four calibration/contact substrates with individual vacuum controls in each corner. 4. Chuck to have no vacuum rings or self resonate structures up to 325 GHz. 5. Stage shall provide 360 degrees of rotation and be a roll-out stage for loading and unloading wafers. 6. 20-126x magnification microscope (Olympus SZ-60) to include trinocular tube, video adapter, fiber optic illuminator and power supply, and two (2) 20x eyepieces. 7. Two (2) 65 GHz microwave probes (ACP-65-GSG-150) of a ground-signal-ground configuration and with 150 micron pitch. 8. Two(2) microwave micropositioners for East/West configuration and of physical size to allow future upgrade for four (4) microwave micropositioners wit station. 9. Microwave bolt down slide mount positioners shall have flat surfaces for securing bias T's and tuner brackets. 10. Microwave positioners shall have microwave cable clamps to eliminate phase shift errors. 11. Microwave positioners shall support multicontact RF probes and their associated probe board hardware and clamps. 12. Microwave positioners shall have built-in micrometers on X, Y, and Z axes. Z micrometer required to measure overdrive to prevent damage to probe tips. 13. Microwave positioners shall also feature a micrometer for controlling theta which is used to control probe tip planarization. 14. Contact and calibration substrates for 65 GHz operation. 15. Probe station shall be able to be used on a desktop where user can view microscope while sitting at desk. 16. Product to be manufactured in the United States. 17. Operator, microwave calibration, and maintenance manuals for the system. 18. Delivery of system to government premises.
