The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) anticipates procuring, on a sole source basis, engineering services for continued development of a semi-active shock isolation system (ISMIS) . This effort will be for a period of three (3) years. It is intended that a sole source contract be awarded to Enidine Inc., 7 Centre Drive, Orchard Park, New York 14127. Note 22 applies to the extent that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
