Sources are sought to provide Cable Television Service (CATV) to Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in accordance with the following information. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, vehicles, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide this service. The system shall provide a minumum of 57 channels (400MHZ incrementally related carriers; channel boundaries forward 55-400 MHZ and reverse feed sub VHF 5-30 MHZ capable of deliverying to suscribers the entire VHF ad FM spectrums and selected portions other UHF spectrum. The system shall provide one Government Access Channel on the system for noncommercial use by the Government on and between each installation. The system shall provide an emergency override system that will permit the installation commander to simultaniously interrup all channels on both installations on the cable system with a live, recorded voice or other audio or vidio signal message. The duration of the contract, to include all options, is anticipated to be at least five (5) years.
