Service /Maintenance of Government owned equipment shall include 24 hours seven days a week phone remote services, The equipment consist of 15 fresenius 2008H Hemodialysis machines including CMS 208 Computer Assemblies (monitors, Keyboard and Interface boxes) and one (1) FDS08 Computer. The location of the equipment is Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA BLDG 2, North Mall, room 2203541, Nephrology Division. The evaluation preference is 10% for Hubzone; the associated Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7629 and the small business size standard is $5.0M. FISC Acquisition Group Norfolk anticipates award on a competitive basis via an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices.
