Naval Medical Center San Diego, Refractive Surgery Center Branch Medical Clinic, 2650 Stockton Road, San Diego, CA., has Two (2) position for Research Assistant for the performance period of September 15, 2000 thru September 15, 2001. The incumbents will assist in research to investigate the effect of refractive eye surgery on the quality of vision in humans. The incumbents will be required to coordinate studies, conduct and assist in testing and evaluation of human subjects, compile results from the testing into appropriate databases and participate in the analysis of the data. The incumbents will be required to be available Monday thru Friday, 0730 1630 hours (including a one (1) hour lunch). Incumbents shall be able to agree to extended hours, as necessary to ensure meeting deadlines. The extended hours will be on a non-monetary basis, time off duty to match addition time on duty at the discretion of the Department Head.
