Q -- INO THERAPUETICS NITRIC OXIDE SERVICE The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR part 12 and 13 a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to INO Therapuetics Inc, 2714 Vermillion drive, Missouri City, Texas 77459; for the following: Nitric oxide (medical breathing gas) delivery system services. Services are to support Wilford Hall Medical Center over the life of the BPA. This system is used for neo-natal care. INO Therapuetics will provide both equipment, technical and customer support services, calibration, gases and maintenance of the INO Vent system. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
