Administration is seeking sources available in the Washington DC area
that meet the following qualifications as course developers and
insrtuctors for a course in Law Enforcement Report Writing and Editing
or Investigative Writing. This class is to be made available to
Federal Law Enforcement personnel in the Inspector General community.
This is not a solicitation. Experienced required: Prospective
applicants should have at least 5 years experience as a Special Agent,
Criminal Investigator, Investigation Supervisor or Executive in a
Federal Office of Inspector General during the past 10 years. They
should also have experience in developing and delivering law
enforcement training or other training for adult learsner. Location of
Work: The Inspector General Criminal Investigative Academy is located
at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA, however
most of the training will take place in the Washington DC Metropolitan
area. Travel to other metropolitan areas around the country and to
Glynco GA, may be required. Nature of Work: The work may encompass some
or all of the following duties: Delivering classroom training using a
variety of instructional methodologies, evaluating student performance,
providing student feedback as a classroom facilitator, developing
and/or revising training programs and/or lessors. Those meeting the
