Oreille County, Washington. Work consists of obliterating
approximately 12 miles of roads. Obliteration work includes
recontouring segments of existing roads from the original roadbed,
restoring stream channels, seeding all excavated areas, constructing
waterbars, and closing roads by obliteration. Channel restoration will
involve removing fill and drainage structures at stream crossing sites
and returning these sites to their natural state. One road will need to
be heavily ripped and then the road base material pushed to a separate
site. There are five separate roads that this work will occur on.
Approximate start work of September 22, 2000 with contract time of 30
days. Price range between $25,000 and $100,000. See Note 26. Posted
