DESC: Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the installation of gutter heat tracing at Hays Hall, Fort Drum, NY. PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: Provide gutter heat tracing that will prevent formation of ice damn in roof gutters, Heat cable system shall have automatic controls with sensors to detect snow/ice presence. Provide all necessary electrical equipment to furnish power to heat tracing, inspect existing roof, valleys and flashings for damage, make repairs to provide watertight installation. This procurement will be issued Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF) and is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The Standard Industrial classification Code is 1731. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 28 August 2000.
