Repairs include, but not limited to: demolition and removal of debris, ceiling and insulation replacement, replacement of windows with PVC windows with 1/2" insulated glazing, doors and associated trim, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of gypsum board, repair of electrical systems and fixtures, replacement of damaged framing members, painting, replacement of damaged HVAC systems components, replacement of cabinets, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, and water heater and application of stain killers and other cleaners as required to completely eliminate smoke damage and odor. The period of performance is 360 calendar days. Project range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, therefore, solicitation is "UNRESTRICTED." The Standard Industry Classification Code is 1521/$27.5 Million.This acquisition is Subject to Availability of Funds.
