POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT: The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina seeks to identify responsible sources who are capable of supply and provide safety certifications on Foreign Ammunition. A multiple award will be considered when it is determined cost efficient by the government through the use of formal competitive procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and if it is found advantageous to the U.S. Government to do so. This announcement is NOT a formal solicitation and is NOT a request for proposal. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced separately. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Firms responding should indicate whether they are a small business (S), a small disadvantaged business (SDB), small woman-owned business (WO), or large business (L). Each response must reference the sources sought title and must indicate which of the items the contractor can supply, unit prices, transportation costs, cost for safety certification, if available and any other costs identified.
