This procurement is for an upgrade Vantage DI Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analyzer with a Digital Pulse Processor; Pioneer Premium 30 mm SiLi X-ray Detector for a S-4700 SEM, Microsoft Office installed on Vantage, single keyboard, mouse keyboard interfaced with SEM PC, 100 Mbyte internal zip drive, including training and field installations. The Noran Model Vantage DI Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analyzer is an upgrade for the current Voyager III on a cold field emission scanning electron microscope. All components, listed above, must be configured to interface electronically and communicate with one another and also interface with the existing Noran Digial Beam Control Module attached to the S-4700 SEM.
