Must have a battery run time of a minimum of 4 1/2 hours, cover approximately 13,000 square foot per hour, have a 26" cleaning path and have a minimum of a one year warranty. Additional requirements are (1) Battery exchange kit consisting of a cart frame, battery pack and charger (2) extra battery pack (3) battery exchange cart (4) battery charger.
