The Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division intends to solicit offers for a multi-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years for the preservation and painting of all non-hull surfaces, equipment and systems on the USCGC HEALY (WAGB 20). All equipment and materials involved in the above work shall be contractor-furnished. This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation will be issued on or about 29 August 2000 with a proposal closing date on or about 29 September 2000. Period of performance will commence 1 October 2000 and conclude 30 September 2001 for the base year. If all options are exercised, the period of performance will conclude on 30 September 2005.
