issue a delivery order against an existing Library of Congress FEDLINK
contract to renew a subscription with West Publishing Company for
WESTLAW services for the period 10/01/00 through 09/30/01. The WESTLAW
service offers a full range of legal, news, and public records
information. The legal service includes access to a wide range of
documents including full text of FTC Decisions since 1959 and Supreme
Court, Circuit and District Court decisions from the inception of the
courts. It contains specialized securities, tax, antitrust, labor,
patent and copyright files. Decisions from all 50 states and many state
codes are included. WESTLAW is searchable by both key words and West
Key numbers. The WESTLAW service will be used by the FTC staff in
Washington, DC and 8 regional offices. All responsible sources may
respond. Written responses should include prices and technical data
sufficient to determine capability. No telephone calls will be
