This is a sources sought synopsis for a potential requirement for services to support AETC/DOFP Cockpit/Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training Program in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 11-290 and the AETC Supplement 1 (AFI 11-290) to that instruction. Facilitator training to include CRM program review, interactive teaching methodologies and facilitation techniques and requirements. The training should emphasize the methods used to develop aircraft type specific mission design series (MDS) CRM training programs as well as how to collect and statistically analyze CRM trend data collected during simulator training and evaluation flights. The contractor shall provide sufficient personnel to support CRM facilitator instruction for a total of 16 classroom hours over a two day period for approximately 40 people. The SIC Code is 8299; $18.5 business size standard will be used. The AETC Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify women-owned businesses, small businesses, Section8(a) businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, and HBCU/MIs with experience providing said services.
