This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, MD to issue an order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-99-G-1500, with Chadwick-Helmuth Company, El Monte, CA to procure services and material to provide Dynamic Component Upgrade (DCU) Surveillance and Performance. This effort will include monitoring and performance improvement of dynamic components and associated equipment for the CH-46 type model series aircraft. Chadwick-Helmuth is the original designer and manufacturer of these systems and is the only firm that possesses the unique technical data necessary to perform these efforts.
