IS CONSTRUCTED OF 18 GA. GALVANIZED STEEL, 2" HIGH LIP WITH SPECIAL
"UNDERCUT" FORM FOR PINK BOLLWORM RETENTION ON ALL FOUR SIDES, HINGED
ON TWO SIDES OF EACH TRAY. HINGES USED WILL BE CONTNUOUS HINGE, GAUGE
.040, OPEN WIDTH 1" AND HINGED FROM THE OUTSIDE. FASTENERS TO BE USED
ARE GALVANIZED STEEL D ZUS QUARTER-TURN FASTENERS, 4 PER TRAY. HINGED
TRAY CANNOT HAVE A GAP WIDER THAN .010 OF AN INCH. TRAY SUPPORTED BY
FOUR 1" SQUARE TUBES. SHELVES WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF 1/4" SOLID STEEL
ROUND BAR DESIGN AS PER SPECIFICATIONS, GAP BETWEEN SHELF 7/8", CENTER
TO CENTER 1-1/8", THIS CART WILL HOLD 360 PUPATION SLABS, 180 SLABS
FRONT AND 180 SLABS BACK, SLABS ARE 16" X 24". THE CART WILL BE PAINTED
WITH WHITE EPOXY PAINT. SCHEMATIC DRAWING AVAILABLE UPON FAXED REQUEST
