The designated office to receive invoices is Joshua Tree National Park to the attention of Daral Bowe. Invoices shall be supported by weight tickets. The quantities of supplies or services specified in the bid schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by this contract. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Mar 2000), applies to this transaction. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), is applicable to this transaction with the following evaluation criteria inserted into paragraph (a): [1] price; [2] past performance. Past performance shall be equal to price in importance. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise for performance under this contract beyond September 30, 2000, until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for performance and until the Contractor receives notice of availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
