The software includes automatic analysis and secures storage of experimental data generated in high throughput proteome projects. Allows automatic analysis of proteins mass spectra, automatic correlation of mass spectrometric measurements with protein sequences for protein identification and storage of the data in a relational database for archival and rapid retrieval. The software is designed to be able to read and reanalyze data files from our Bruker Reflex 11 MS. Unique features of the software include the only search engine that can accurately interpret the MALDI peptide mass spectra obtained from mixtures of proteins and the only software which can rapidly and accurately deal with mixtures. The software identifies proteins based on statistics that clearly indicate the confidence that protein identification is true.
