Hill, (214) 857-0031 The VA North Texas Health Care System contemplates the issues of a solicitation and award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract or contracts therefrom for packaging and mailing supplies and related delivery. The contract will be utilized for services to the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy (CMOP) located in Lancaster Texas. The basic purpose of an awarded contract will be to provide for as needed order placement for same day and next day delivery. The solicitation shall be issued as an unrestricted procurement of commercial items under SIC code 5113. Products follow: (1) various sizes of plastic bubble padded mailers, (2) three layer polyethylene mailing jackets, (3) various sizes of corrugated boxes, (4) transparent box tape, and (5) gel pack. Those interested parties who are able to provide the requested item(s) within time frames required are encouraged to submit a bid along with completed FAR Provision 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications" and descriptive literature.
