This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Services and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00681-00-T-502 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 and DAC 91-13. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The Standard Industrial Code is 7213 and the business size is less than 500 employees. This requirement is for a single award, firm fixed-price contract for providing coveralls on a weekly basis to 7th ESB, 1st FSSG, Camp Pendleton for a period of one year with the option to extend for two additional one year periods. Requirements are as follows: Provide 300 sets of Dark Blue coveralls weekly for a period of 52 weeks. Coveralls to be dry cleaned and in a serviceable condition, free of rips or tears, upon weekly survey/ inventory.
