ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO POSTING ON AUGUST 8, 2000: There will be approximately 148 graphic panels of vastly different sizes ranging from very small labels to very large panels. Some have photos, text and maps, others just text, or photos and text. In terms of the size of rooms that will house exhibits, Main Exhibit Room = 1,960 square feet, Weather Lab = 600 square feet, Wild Side Room = 700 square feet, Entry Area = 500 square feet, Welcome Area = 1150 square feet, Special Exhibit Area = 400 square feet. The design contractor, whose drawings and specifications for all exhibitory and improvements covered in this contract, is The Sibbett Group. AV equipment to run Government provided Video Masters, DVD's and Audio CD's will need to be provided and installed. The revised cost for the CD is $65.
