Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a design and all related
professional Architect/Engineering services to replace the buried hot
and chilled water loops at the Federal Correctional Complex at
Florence, Colorado. Services consist of; the development of
construction documents; specifications; cost estimates; life cycle cost
analysis; bidding; construction administration; inspection; and
mediation between the Bureau of Prisons and any applicable governing
agencies for a project of this type. The estimated cost construction is
between 1-5 million dollars. consideration will be limited to firms
licensed to practice in the State of Colorado and located within a 300
mile radius of Florence, Colorado. Selection of firms to be
interviewed will be based on the following evaluation factors: Firm's
Capacity and Capability 30%, Proposed Project Team and Organization
30%, Experience and Performance 30% and Location 10%. Firms responding
to this notice by September 11, 2000 will be considered. Firmsdesiring
considering shall submit appropriate SF 254 and SF-255 forms. Contact
