Duties to be performed at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Old NC Highway 75, Butner, NC 27509. Services include, but are not limited to provide professional evaluation and treatment only in the field of Dermatology to inmates that are referred to the contractor by FCC Butner medical staff. Requirements include the contractor must be a licensed physician in the State of North Carolina and be board eligible or board certified in dermatology. The contract term will be for approximately 12 months. Estimated number of sessions is 180 with each session consisting of one hour. The anticipated issue date of the Request for Quote is August 25, 2000, with an anticipated receipt of offer due by September 15, 2000. Due to the secure nature of the institution and the requirements set forth for entry and inmate contact, and in order to maintain continuity of care for the inmate population, a single award will be made for services to be provided in house.
