This modification to solicitation F0561100R0522 is submitted to announce the scheduling of another site visit;provide additional requirements for CLIN 0004 Orientation Map; and clarify contractor/government responsibilities for photographs and written text. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 23 AUG 2000, 0800 A.M. MST, at the Visitors Center, Building 2346, Academy Dr.,USAF Academy, Colorado Springs, CO 80840. The requirement for CLIN 0004 Orientation Map now reads: Construct/procure a new three dimensional map of the Cadet Area to be enclosed in a new, moveable(wheeled), circular, lighted display case having a diameter of 60". The contractor is responsible for any photo reproduction and/or any shooting of new photgraphs. The contractor is responsible for any text research/writing for text material used in the exhibits. The government will provide a liaison through whom access to historical photographs can be obtained, if required. The government liaison will provide access to research materials for exhibit topics for which the contractor proposes written text and will obtain approval of proposed exhibit text material before it is incorporated in the exhibit.
