This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to provide a rural mental health policy and action agenda. Tasks include analysis of the Surgeon General's report, and federal policies with respect to rural mental health, and development, dissemination, and promotion of the rural mental health policy and action agenda. The period of performance is one year. NARMH is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
