NBC WEBSITE ADDRESS CHANGE The Department of the Interior (DOI), National Business Center (NBC) has changed the web address that vendors can use to view and electronically submit their quotes to the Department of the Interior and NBC franchise client requirements. The address has changed to http://ideadsec,nbc,gov. All DOI and NBC client opportunities are also available and accessible on the General Services Administration web site for Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBizOpps) at http://www.eps.gov but, there is no need to access both sites to review DOI/NBC client electronic business opportunities.
