Lease of one fully maintained twin engine aircraft without pilot to be primarliy based in Fairbanks, Alaska. Aircraft to be flown by Government pilots for use by the Department of Interior. Aircraft to serve as an aerial platform to obtain remotely sensed data. Aircraft will be used to transport personnel and cargo to various airports located in Alaska. It will be essential to the initial attack on range and forest fires. This aircraft will be operated from paved or gravel airstrips.
