The fall protection system shall be engineered, designed, supplied, installed and tested as a complete system. System shall support four (4) people. Personnel must be able to travel the length of the cable without disconnecting. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1799. This solicitation is unrestricted -- open to large and small business concerns. The performance period is 90 days. This will be a firm-fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 5.102 (a) (7), availability of the solicitation will be limied to the electronic medium. Specifications WILL NOT be provided in a paper hard copy format for CD-ROM.
