This office intends to issue an 8(A) COMPETITIVE IFB to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and materials to remodel seventy (70) barracks buildings located in the 700, 800, and 2400 blocks, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work may include building demolition, cast-in-place concrete, self-leveling underlayment, metal stairs, aluminum siding, standard steel doors and frames, vinyl clad double hung wood windows, resilient flooring, epoxy quartz flooring, painting, glassboard, plastic toilet partitions, plumbing, and basic electrical. Project magnitude is between $11,000,000 and $14,000,000. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for a base period of approximately one year with a Government option to extend for one year. A 20% bid bond will be required. SIC Code 1522 applies with a size standard of $27.5 million. Request for IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $15.00 per package.
