Work consists of installing capacitors to correct power factor, convert "F" substation from 3 wire to 4 wire, refeed chiller 45 from a different location refeed emergency outlets and a portion of the building from a different source, cool 2 electric closets, perform maintenance on automatic transfer switches and install new transformers and distribution panels. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. SIC 1731.
