This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Robert A Denton Inc., 2967 Waterview Dr, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 on an other than full and open competition basis to purchase 1 LT Load Cells. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Robert A Denton Incorporated, which are compatible and interchangeable with existing equipment already on hand. Any deviation from this would result in addtional test equipment having to be ordered to calibrate these Load Cells. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
