This acquisition is to procure, under a Firm Fixed Price contract, 25 each YANMAR 2kW ONE-CYLINDER DIESEL ENGINE, NSN: 2815-01-419-8704, IAW the manufacturer's drawing no. 95-8001. The above referenced engines will be procured from Yanmar Diesel of America Corp. or any of its authorized distributors/dealers. Yanmar is the original designer of the engine. Delivery for above referenced engines will be 180 days or earlier FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA, 17070. Packaging and Packing shall be IAW the contractor's best commercial packaging, ASTM-D 3951-98. Bar Code Markings are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BC1, USSC 39, and MIL-STD-129. This is A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with FAR Part 13; THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. Quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. Award will be made on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote.
