(iv) ITEM 1: Supply and install an enhanced voice mail system $______________. Installation and maintenance will be at the David J. Wheeler Federal Building, 1550 Dewey Avenue, Baker City, Oregon 97814. (viii) ITEM 3: Supply upgrade and install miscellaneous Meridian Voice Messaging accessories. Technical Specifications/Requirements; 2 full service service ports 5 & 6; Meridian Card option 2F service ports 3,4,or 7; Meridian Mail option 11, network messaging service, primary; Meridian Mail option 11, network messaging service, remote, quantity 4; Meridian Mail Card option 11, expanded storage software, SW Level 1; Meridian Mail Card option 11, expanded storage software SW level (part #SW 7103); Meridian Mail option 11, network software. These accessories shall be installed at various locations on the USDA, Wallowa Whitman National Forest which includes the La Grande Fire Center, LaGrande and Enterprise, Oregon administrative sites. Maintenance Requirements for Item 1,2 and 3:Repair of all defective hardware and software relative to the supply and installation of products for this acquisition; access to the manufacturers technical support facilities through the Vendor's technical support facilities, on-site service support by Vendor's personnel trained on manufacturers equipment, on an as requested basis; response time for above provisions as follows: Repair and return of equipment 3 weeks; Response time for on-site technician: 8 hours; response time for technical support: 2 hours. (viv) Delivery shall be made during the work week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Date for starting work is approximately September 11, 2000.
