This is a Market Survey to enter into a contract to purchase 11 (eleven) Interface Circuit Card Assemblies (NSN 5998-01-397-0825) (ACTERNA's P/N 42242DIPHASE) which are used in the TS-3642 (V)1/G Error Bit Analyzer. The Government can only provide a Descriptive and Performance Spec sheet for the TS-3642 (V)1/G. The Technical data required to manufacture and Test the Interface Circuit Card Assembly is not owned by the Government. The Technical Data required for manufacturing and Testing is owned by ACTERNA (Formally Telecommunications Techniques corp.), 20410 Observation Dr., Germantown, Md. 20876. Any Manufcturer who feels they can provide this interface CCA must submit documentation by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN:AMSEL-LC-COM-S-DI, Building 1202, Fort Monmouth, N.J. 07703-5000, demonstrating interchangeability, functionality, and compatability with ACTERNA's P/N 42242DIPHASE.
