This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18, dated 07 AUG 2000 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice 20000731. This procurement is set aside for small usiness( standard industrial code is 3949 and the business size standard is 500 employees). This award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures. Requirement is for one lot of toddler equipment, delivered price, as follows: 0001 Prepare site, furnish and install surface mount, 2292 sq.feet, 5 sided area, 2 1/2 inch thick poured in place, resilient rubber surfacing 50% color/ 50 % black speckled mix. 0002 Toddlertown playground, Model 100119A or equivalent, which includes tubes, slide and 10 play events for 20-30 toddlers. Must be approved by Consumer Product Safety Commission. and ASTM. 0003 Install line 0002, to include labor and all expenses. 0004 2 each " Splash Circuit" Toddlertown Model 126202A or equivalent 0005 2 each "Watch Me Grow Panel Toddlertown Model 11905A or equivalent 0006 1 pair "Talk Tubes" Toddlertown Model 113931A or equivalent 0007 Installation of free standing structures.
