FOB Destination, with delivery to UNICOR, FCI Tucson, Arizona. ITEM: (FAB1416) cloth, plan weave, nylon. The cloth shall be durable water-repellent-treated cloth. The color shall be camouflage green CG-483, and to fastness to laundering, weathering and crocking. Total quantity is 66,500 yards. Delivery is required 90 days after receipt of the delivery order. Source Sampling and Specifications will be required for this item. The vendor will be notified as to which specification are required. Specification will be required each time a delivery order is placed. Specification requirement will remain consistent with this contract . The award will be based on the Best Value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are Past Performance, Specifications and Price. Past Performance and Specification when combined are significantly more important than cost or price.
