Since the compendium will be a summary of unique information the contractor has about Ryan White CARE Act Grantees, other providers of HIV services, legal services providers, and consumer assistance programs, Georgetown University is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and service under authority in 41 U.S.C.253 (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(I).
