Research Program, Gerontology Research Center intends to negotiate on
a sole source basis with the University of Bielefeld, Prof. Dr. Alois
Angleitner, Department of Psychology, Zur Krumke 40, D-49326 Melle,
Germany. Dr. Angleitner will provide data on personality from 600 adult
German-speaking men and women in Germany in order to examine the
cross-cultural generalizability of personality structure, to perform
specific analyses comparing this group to previous findings in the
United States and elsewhere and to validate three methods of
administration among 90 adult German men and women. This data will
provide the Government with data on the relationship among alternative
models of personality in a different culture. An award will be made 30
days from the date of this notice. All responsible sources may submit
their capabilities which shall be considered by the agency. This
procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance
