This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to prepare a prospectus for the recruitment and retention of health professionals in rural and underserved areas. The contractor shall continue to develop the Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3R Net) web site and present developing information about the program at various meetings and health professions conferences. The period of performance is one year. The National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
