R -- DIVERSITY CULTURAL ASSESSMENT NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO MODIFY A CONTRACT WITH HERBERT Z. WONG & ASSOCIATES The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under a competitive solicitation contracted with Herbert Z Wong & Associates to conduct a cultural survey for its Office of Water (OW), and now requires additional service of the Contractor to conduct review briefings of the preliminary survey finding, and to design and conduct a workshop for OW managers to develop process and implementation activities based on the recommendations from the cultural survey. Accordingly, the EPA proposes to negotiate a sole source modification to its contract with Herbert Z. Wong & Associates to provide the additional requirement.
