A Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract consisting of a base year and three (3) option years will be issued. First year will be November 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. The contractor shall provide for the proper disposal of the trash in authorized and approved landfill sites, all in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The successful offeror must possess all the necessary permits to allow for the pick up and transportation of the waste from the ICF's Temple, Waco, and Marlin, Texas to the landfill site(s). This is an all-inclusive contract for all three VA Centers, that is, all three Centers will beserved by the same contractor. This is a small business set-aside.
